Hi, I’m Dana, a menstrual cycle and yoga teacher, here to guide you back to your body in a way that feels gentle, natural, and supportive.
My work is rooted in the belief that your body already knows what it needs. Through yoga, cycle syncing, and understanding the moon cycle, I help you reconnect with your energy, your hormones, and your sense of inner peace.
This isn’t about pushing harder or doing more. It’s about learning to listen.
My journey into yoga and cycle awareness
Like many women, I spent years feeling disconnected from my body, pushing through stress, ignoring low energy, and trying to follow routines that never truly felt right.
Yoga became a turning point for me. But not the fast-paced, performance-based kind. The kind that invites you to slow down, breathe, and feel. Not because it was always slow, but because it taught me how to honour what my body needed in each moment, sometimes softness and stillness, other times strength, movement, and flow.
As I deepened my practice, I began to understand how closely our bodies are connected to our menstrual cycles and the moon cycle. I realised that the way we move, rest, and show up in life should change with these natural rhythms.
That’s where everything shifted.
Instead of forcing, I started practicing in a way that supported my energy, and everything felt lighter, calmer, and more aligned.
Now, I share this approach with women who want the same.
What i believe about yoga and your body
Yoga is not about flexibility or perfection. It’s about connection.
I believe that:
- Your body is not meant to feel the same every day
- Rest is just as important as movement
- Healing doesn’t come from force, but from understanding
- Gentle yoga can be just as powerful as intense practice
- Every woman deserves to feel safe, supported, and connected in her body
This is why my approach focuses on yoga for beginners, intuitive movement, and practices that meet you where you are physically and emotionally.

- RYT 500 Certified Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance)
- Specialised focus on women’s hormonal health and cycle awareness
- Training in nervous system regulation and restorative practices
- Continued education in feminine wellness and holistic health
- Experience supporting women through stress, burnout, and cycle-related challenges

My approach
Personal Consultation
We start with a short consultation or intake form designed to give insight into your unique rhythm. This may include:
- Your current menstrual cycle phase or any irregularities
- Energy levels throughout the week or month
- Emotional patterns, stress levels, or mood changes
- Sleep quality and daily routine
- Any physical discomfort, tension, or injuries
- Your intention for the practice, such as balance hormones, reduce stress, or build strength
Cycle & Energy Mapping
Using this information, I map your current state against your cycle and energy patterns. This allows me to understand:
- When your body needs rest vs activation
- How your nervous system is responding to stress
- Where you may need more support, grounding, or movement
Tailored Class Design
From there, your yoga session is designed specifically for you. Each class is adapted in real time, including:
- Pace and intensity
- Type of movement, restorative, slow flow, or dynamic
- Breathwork techniques
- Emotional and energetic focus
No two sessions are exactly the same, because your body is always evolving.
